I will be retiring from Podiatry on 12/31/18.

It has been an honor and a pleasure to be trusted with the care of many patients.

The word honor may be easier to understand than the word pleasure. Every time I am able to help a patient heal and/or function better and/or reduce his or her pain, I get high. That feeling has kept me going regardless of the length of the day. Thank you.

Fortunately, a trio of well trained podiatrists will be taking my place at the same location (where your records will reside) and phone number as my current office:

Todd Galle, DPM: Board Certified in Foot Surgery

Jason Surratt, DPM: Board Certified in Foot Surgery

Amy Theppote, DPM: Board Qualified in Forefoot, Rearfoot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery

All three have completed excellent residency programs, are members of the APMA and OPMA, and have strong interests in surgery and sports medicine. I feel very positive about leaving my patients in their excellent hands.

In order to ensure continuity of care, they will have access to your treatment records under HIPAA guidelines.

I wish you the Best of Health all the days of your life.

Jay C. Goldstein, DPM, MS, FACFAS, DABPM, FASPS, Member APMA, AAPSM
